High-volume inside sales role using warm leads to uncover financial needs and close consultative, often one- to two-call sales. Manage a pipeline of 20–200+ leads, make up to 100+ outbound dials daily, meet sales targets, and document activity in Salesforce while balancing empathy and persuasion in sensitive financial conversations.

Lead third-party lending partnerships to scale HELOC and unsecured loan distribution. Own go-to-market strategy, full deal lifecycle, channel P&L, and negotiation of complex revenue-share or white-label agreements. Partner with Product and Engineering to enable frictionless onboarding and ensure partner-driven originations meet volume and profitability targets.

Lead sourcing, structuring, and closing wholesale partnerships with independent sales organizations (ISOs). Own full deal lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating term sheets, and coordinating onboarding with Legal, Compliance, and Operations. Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to grow distribution.

Manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers, lead consultative conversations to assess financial situations, explain debt resolution strategies, drive decision-making and enrollments (often within 1-2 interactions), and meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through empathetic, results-focused selling.

Manage a high-volume pipeline of warm leads through phone and email, guide prospects through personal loan applications, collect documentation, move applications through underwriting, and meet daily/weekly activity and sales targets while receiving coaching.
