Manage and deliver risk, compliance, and cybersecurity projects across the organization. Own scope, schedule, costs, risks, change control, and reporting. Use InterSystems and standard tools (AI tools, MS Project, MS Office, JIRA, Confluence). Lead compliance improvements, planning sessions, lessons-learned activities, third-party coordination, and promote AI-enabled solutions while ensuring alignment with security and regulatory requirements.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Healthcare Solutions, define implementation strategy, manage scope, budget, timeline, partners and governance, ensure go-live, customer value, and transition to operations while producing project artifacts and reports.

Support Project Managers by maintaining plans, status reports, issue and risk registers, and SharePoint sites. Coordinate meetings, produce agendas and minutes, take ownership of work packages, build stakeholder relationships, and develop a high-level understanding of TrakCare and InterSystems projects.
