Lead product strategy, roadmap, and P&L for fire detection and control products. Drive cross-functional execution from concept to launch, build business cases, set pricing, engage customers and stakeholders, and enable commercial teams to maximize revenue and profitability.

Own and evolve the global askHR HR service delivery platform (ServiceNow HRSD), managing roadmap, digital experience, knowledge strategy, governance, analytics, and stakeholder alignment to drive self-service, case deflection, and improved HR service outcomes for 15,000+ employees.

Own and evolve UL Solutions' pricing engine: define vision and roadmap, translate business needs into user stories, collaborate with engineering and design, manage backlog and releases, facilitate sprints and demos, produce technical collateral, and drive adoption of data-driven pricing practices across the organization.
