Support and maintain Microsoft Intune and related Microsoft 365 services; manage UEM/MDM policies and device compliance; provide 2nd/3rd level support, create configuration profiles/GPOs, collaborate with IT teams, participate in on-call rotation, and assist projects and local IT to meet global compliance goals.

Provide second-level support for Windows-based office and production IT systems, handle tickets, configure/install hardware and software, perform failure analysis, coordinate 3rd-party service providers, maintain documentation and user training materials, and support information security tasks for audit compliance (TISAX, SOX, IATF).

Perform on-site customer logistics and quality operations: handle receiving, returns, kitting, line support, inventory counts, 5S and safety, and resolve logistics/quality issues per client procedures. Support other tasks as assigned by the department manager.

Support, maintain, and improve enterprise IT infrastructure for Magna Exteriors. Provide oversight for Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization (VMware/VDI/Hyper-V), backups, disaster recovery, patching, security, and email systems. Act as escalation point, collaborate with stakeholders, manage incidents/changes, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement and documentation.

Provide day-to-day SAP SD/MM support for APAC divisions, handle service tickets, run workshops, configure SAP (master data, templates), support rollouts and integrations (MES/B2B), coordinate consultants, estimate efforts, manage small change projects, ensure documentation, time tracking and timely billing.

Support, maintain, and improve IT infrastructure for automotive manufacturing. Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization (VMware/VDI/HyperV), backups, patches, and enterprise apps. Troubleshoot escalations, ensure stability/security, lead disaster recovery, coordinate vendors, drive continuous improvement, and support compliance and IT projects.
