Manages a high-volume deliverables queue, maintains content accuracy and version control, supports launches and field readiness, and collaborates with marketing, sales, product, clinical, legal, and business stakeholders.

Manage intake, prioritization, ticketing, workflow coordination, content libraries, taxonomy, document lifecycle, version control, and self-service resources for PBM and pharmacy sales enablement. Coordinate content delivery, maintain compliance and brand standards, educate users, support priority collateral creation, and improve reuse, quality, and efficiency across enablement operations.

Develops and executes internal communications strategies, leadership messaging, employee engagement content, organizational change communications, newsletters, intranet materials, email campaigns, presentations, and digital signage. Partners with senior leaders and People Team stakeholders, manages segmented employee distribution lists, maintains communication channels, and evaluates communication effectiveness. Supports executive, emergency, compliance, clinical operations, and business continuity communications.

Support planning and execution of lower-complexity tradeshows: coordinate logistics, vendors, shipping, onsite needs, budget tracking, event registration and reporting, and build foundational expertise in tradeshow operations while adhering to standards and partnering on larger events as needed.

Executes and optimizes compliant 1:1 email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns for B2B, B2C, and provider audiences. Responsibilities include content assembly, journey setup, audience and personalization QA, scheduling, list hygiene, consent management, A/B testing, KPI reporting, AI-assisted workflows, playbook maintenance, and audit-ready governance. Partners with creative, analytics, product, compliance, and legal teams while ensuring adherence to HIPAA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, ADA, and internal policies.

Lead strategy and execution for B2B and B2C web properties and microsites; plan and develop sites with web teams; define audience best practices and governance; use AI and automation for content personalization; collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics; monitor performance and optimize engagement.

Creates and maintains work instructions, job aids, SOPs, process workflows, client procedure documents, alerts, and internal communications. Documents ORx system and capability changes, updates materials for business process changes, and ensures content is accurate, clear, and easy to follow. Collaborates with corporate subject matter experts by leading discussions, probing for information, and developing content from scratch. This is a project-based engagement lasting up to six months.

Supports growth and retention marketing campaigns across digital, email, mobile, web, direct mail, CRM, paid, owned, provider, pharmacy, and lifecycle channels. Coordinates briefs, content, approvals, QA, segmentation, personalization, testing, launch readiness, performance reporting, and stakeholder communication. Maintains campaign trackers and calendars, monitors KPIs, identifies engagement opportunities, improves processes, and supports AI-enabled workflows with appropriate governance.

Manage and execute complex marketing and transactional communications programs, ensuring vendor relations, print production support, SLA compliance, workflow management, issue resolution, reporting, process improvement, and training support while collaborating with business partners and monitoring program metrics.

Manage member, patient, provider, and consumer engagement marketing programs across onboarding, activation, education, digital adoption, retention, and value realization. Develop lifecycle communications and coordinate integrated campaigns across digital, email, mobile, web, print, direct mail, contact center, and pharmacy channels. Partner cross-functionally on segmentation, personalization, journey mapping, testing, analytics, compliance, and optimization while monitoring engagement, utilization, NPS, adoption, and retention metrics.
