Primary Responsibilities:
- Supports execution of product marketing deliverables for the Network team end-to-end - routing, timelines, revisions, QA, and delivery - coordinating cross-functional reviews with Legal, Compliance, Product, Strategy, and client teams
- Develops and refreshes sales enablement and client retention materials including pitch decks, sell sheets, one-pagers, talking points, toolkits, and product guides
- Maintains the product marketing asset library and intake hub; executes content updates as product changes are directed, conducts periodic audits, and flags cascading updates
- Versions and tailors marketing materials for specific pitches, audiences, and client segments - customizing messaging, proof points, and content to align with opportunity-specific needs
- Work with key stakeholders on the Network team to understand the needs and align to value props and marketing collateral
- Report out regularly on projects, progress and results, manage any escalations as needed
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- 3+ years of project management experience within a matrix organization
- 3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office application suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to clarify, manage and prioritize several deliverables
- Proven solid organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven organizational skills
