Develop and edit external communications (press releases, social, op-eds), support media and executive outreach, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, draft thought leadership, monitor industry/news, and provide administrative support for communications and marketing initiatives focused on defense and AI/autonomy.

Lead government affairs and public policy for the UK, Nordics, and Benelux. Build and manage relationships with defence and regulatory stakeholders, monitor policy and procurement, advise senior leaders, support market-entry and capture efforts, prepare briefings and position papers, and coordinate public consultations, trade association engagement, and risk management related to export controls and defence procurement.

Lead global employer brand strategy and execution to attract technical and mission-driven talent. Own social and channel strategy, integrated recruitment campaigns, content and storytelling, analytics, and cross-functional enablement. Build scalable systems, measurement frameworks, and paid + organic programs to drive awareness and candidate conversion.
