Advise research and development teams on intellectual property, evaluate inventions, and draft, file, and manage patent applications globally. Coordinate national filings with internal teams, external counsel, and patent offices. Prepare claim charts, develop patent strategies, support licensing and litigation activities, and contribute to improving patent processes and tools while collaborating with international technical and legal teams.

Participate in a three-year patent attorney trainee program focused on technology, innovation, and intellectual property. Work with inventors to evaluate inventions, draft patent applications, support patent-office review, and learn how IP supports business goals. Complete a secondment with a patent law firm or patent office while developing the knowledge required to pursue European Patent Attorney qualification.

Lead and advise on complex, cross-border legal, regulatory, compliance, and workplace investigations across Ericsson. Direct privileged investigations, assess allegations, review evidence, conduct interviews, prepare findings and executive reports, advise senior stakeholders, support remediation, and improve global investigation processes, governance, analytics, AI-enabled efficiencies, training, and capability building. The role requires sound legal judgment, discretion, collaboration across functions and regions, and occasional international travel.

Support Ericsson’s 6G mobile communications research by identifying inventions, drafting and managing patent applications worldwide, evaluating patent claims, coordinating prosecution, and contributing to portfolio management, disputes, licensing, and strategic intellectual property projects. Collaborate with engineers, inventors, patent professionals, paralegals, and patent offices across countries while independently managing multiple tasks.

Direct commercial contract management across the full lifecycle, from opportunity evaluation and negotiation through execution, governance, and closure. Partners with Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Sourcing, and Operations to identify risks, refine terms, ensure policy compliance, maintain documentation, and support strategic commercial decisions. The role also promotes governance discipline, stakeholder alignment, digital process adoption, and continuous improvement across a global organization.

Coordinates Ericsson’s ethics and compliance program across the Americas. Responsibilities include tracking third-party due diligence, risk assessments, audits, regulatory deliverables, dashboards, cases, training, policies, meetings, and compliance calendars. The role supports M&A due diligence and integration, executive reporting, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and HR. It also provides day-to-day support to the Head of Compliance and requires discretion with confidential information.

Provide commercial and technology legal counsel to Ericsson’s Enterprise Wireless Solutions business across EMEA and APAC. Draft and negotiate SaaS, software, hardware, reseller, OEM, managed services, and other commercial agreements. Advise on privacy, cybersecurity, AI, regulatory compliance, disputes, and cross-border transactions. Develop legal playbooks and contracting processes, train internal teams, and support strategic growth initiatives while balancing business objectives and legal risk.
