Provide commercial and technology legal counsel to Ericsson’s Enterprise Wireless Solutions business across EMEA and APAC. Draft and negotiate SaaS, software, hardware, reseller, OEM, managed services, and other commercial agreements. Advise on privacy, cybersecurity, AI, regulatory compliance, disputes, and cross-border transactions. Develop legal playbooks and contracting processes, train internal teams, and support strategic growth initiatives while balancing business objectives and legal risk.

Lead contract lifecycle and governance across the MNEA region, supporting proposal development, commercial risk guidance, regional alignment, process digitalization, and cross-unit collaboration while growing broader commercial capability.

Ensure Ericsson's compliance with export/import controls, customs, sanctions and embargoes across a cluster of countries. Implement the Internal Trade Compliance Program, manage customs governance and broker coordination, secure permits/licenses, interact with authorities, and advise internal stakeholders on trade compliance directives and policies.

Provide IPR support for R&D in video coding and telecommunications: evaluate inventions, draft and prosecute EP/US patent applications, coordinate national filings and claim charts, support licensing and litigation, assist portfolio management and internal efficiency projects.

Lead and manage the full contract lifecycle from proposal through negotiation to execution. Develop contractual strategies, protect commercial value, improve terms, secure approvals, and drive financial outcomes through margin focus, working capital management, and upsell opportunities while coordinating with legal and customer units.
