Own the full sales cycle for Nexthink’s SaaS solutions, from outbound prospecting and lead qualification through discovery, demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Develop a new commercial territory, build pipeline, achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, maintain CRM forecasts, and collaborate with BDRs, Marketing, and Solution Consultants. Represent the company at events and create territory plans to drive new business revenue.

Own renewals, upsells, executive relationships, and strategic account development for major enterprise clients. Lead cross-functional Nexthink teams, develop customer roadmaps, align solutions with strategic outcomes, manage global account resources, and achieve financial targets across licenses, renewals, and professional services. The role requires extensive enterprise technology sales experience, ITSM or ITOM sales expertise, multimillion-dollar solution selling, executive relationship management, and fluency in English and Swedish.

Deliver customer-facing advisory and technical services for Nexthink. Lead consultative sessions, translate business challenges into solution designs, configure Nexthink dashboards, alerts, campaigns, investigations, and automation workflows, and support scripting and API integrations. Analyze endpoint and operational data, troubleshoot issues, guide solution adoption, document engagements, and maintain trusted advisor relationships. The role requires strong consulting, technical, analytical, communication, and enterprise IT operations skills, with 10% travel to headquarters for training.

Design, build, and operate Nexthink's cloud data infrastructure across AWS regions. Automate provisioning and self-service (Crossplane), run and onboard data stores, ensure resiliency, DR and observability (Datadog), collaborate with product teams, handle incidents and on-call duties to meet RPO/RTO and availability SLAs.

Lead end-to-end delivery for parts of Nexthink Workspace, an AI-native B2B SaaS product. Drive discovery, document requirements, run agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional launches, measure feature success, and engage customers to inform product strategy and iteration.

Lead design, development, and operation of production-grade AI/ML systems (LLM-powered apps, RAG, NLP, multi-agent). Drive architecture, model selection, MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, evaluation, and cross-functional delivery while mentoring engineers and ensuring scalable, observable AI in production.
