Non-Technical Graduates will work across various teams at InterSystems, developing skills and knowledge over a 9-month contract while receiving mentorship and training to prepare for potential permanent roles.

Provide Workday HRIS administration and end-user support for the EMEA region, maintain data integrity, produce monthly and ad-hoc reports/insights, manage absence and leave tracking, prepare offer letters/contracts, support onboarding and training, and assist with HR projects and general HR administration.
