The TrakCare Application Trainer supports the successful adoption of TrakCare/IntelliCare by designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences for clinical and administrative users. The role applies healthcare workflow knowledge, application expertise, and learning design skills to build user confidence and promote safe, consistent system use.
Key Tasks
- Plan, prepare, and research TrakCare/IntelliCare training requirements.
- Design, develop and maintain TrakCare/IntelliCare learning materials for classroom delivery, eLearning modules, and assessments.
- Deliver training courses in classroom and virtual settings, as required, with most courses delivered as eLearning.
- Perform training course evaluations and participant assessments.
- Continually evaluate and update training courses to help improve delivery and content.

Essential Skills & Personal Attributes
- Clinical qualification, such as Doctor, Senior Nurse, Pharmacist, or Allied Health Professional, with at least five years in a clinical experience.
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows within healthcare settings.
- Experience designing and developing learning materials such as eLearning, videos and written hands-on practice tasks.
- Experience integrating training content within a learning management system.
- Certified trainer and assessor or working towards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Patient and friendly approach to teaching.
Desirable Skills
- Previous TrakCare experience.
- Skilled in video editing, graphic design, and audio editing.
- Experience applying AI within electronic medical record systems is advantageous
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to support learning design and content development.
- Qualifications and/or certifications in AI are advantageous.

InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance.
Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.
