Develops and maintains healthcare data integration and EDI solutions, including ETL processes, data pipelines, data validation, cleansing, transformation, reporting, and compliance testing. Troubleshoots applications, manages code reviews, documents systems, and collaborates with analysts, healthcare providers, business partners, and IT teams. The role also implements security measures and recommends improvements to integration processes.

Provides executive leadership for advancement analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data governance, integrations, data architecture, AI enablement, innovation, and organizational learning. Establishes data strategy and governance, oversees analytics and decision-support capabilities, leads directors and analysts, and partners with university stakeholders to improve fundraising effectiveness and organizational performance.

Architect and maintain NetBrain’s first cloud data warehouse, ELT pipelines, transformation layer, semantic models, and BI foundation. Own data quality, governance, lineage, access controls, and curated models supporting product usage, customer adoption, account health, and go-to-market reporting. Partner with stakeholders to establish reliable metrics and a standardized source of truth, while supporting AI-assisted analytics and natural-language reporting use cases.

Build and operate scalable data infrastructure and pipelines for video, imagery, telemetry, sensor, log, and mission data. Create searchable data lakes, curated and versioned ML datasets, labeling workflows, quality checks, lineage, monitoring, and reproducible dataset-generation processes. Partner with autonomy, perception, software, simulation, and field teams to support model training, evaluation, debugging, replay, and deployment workflows.

Leads data reporting and analytics initiatives by partnering with stakeholders, identifying business information needs, extracting and analyzing data, developing solutions, and presenting insights through clear reports, dashboards, and other communications. Provides guidance and training to less-experienced teammates, manages complex assignments, and monitors project accuracy and progress. Requires a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or information technology discipline and 7–10 years of data analytics or business intelligence experience.

The Analyst will support financial modeling, data analytics, strategic planning, and executive communication in payor negotiations. Responsibilities include building financial models, conducting data analyses, and presenting strategy insights to executives.

Supports Global IT and Data Strategies projects, including information architecture roadmaps, metadata-driven governance, secure identity and guest-sharing controls, and documentation for platform administration and security. The internship provides hands-on experience through individual projects, team activities, leadership exposure, meetings, and job shadowing. The role is based onsite at EEE headquarters in Jeannette, Pennsylvania, Monday through Friday for twelve weeks.

Design and scale event-driven data platforms using Apache Kafka and Temporal. Build batch and streaming ETL/ELT pipelines with Python, SQL, and Spark; develop data schemas, validation, contracts, and quality controls; optimize warehouse and lakehouse models; and implement reliable, observable workflows. Collaborate with software, machine learning, and analytics teams on distributed systems, CI/CD, and production data governance.
