Track funnel from first touch to activation, identify drop-offs, run growth experiments, and use AI tools (Claude) to automate reporting and insights for marketing leadership.

Lead design and build of Snowflake-native medallion data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, master data and governance, and an enterprise semantic layer. Partner with Finance to produce reliable financial data products, optimize performance/cost, enforce data quality and compliance, mentor junior engineers, and support AI use cases and observability.

Design and evaluate marketplace pricing, incentives, and allocation mechanisms; measure causal marketplace health; run experiments; forecast supply and demand; partner with ML and engineering to productionize economic objectives and metrics.
