Develop Python and SQL-based data solutions, infrastructure as code, feature stores, dashboards, and self-service analytics. Partner with product and business teams on metrics, predictive modeling, and experimentation while establishing data-driven practices.

Provides user-facing data and technical support by troubleshooting system and data issues, investigating anomalies with SQL and Python, validating reports and dashboards, and coordinating resolutions with BI, engineering, product, and operations teams. Builds support dashboards and reports, maintains data definitions and governance documentation, participates in UAT and QA, performs post-incident reviews, and develops support playbooks. Builds KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, funnels, cohorts, and trend analyses using SQL, data modeling, and Tableau. Conduct quantitative analysis of macroeconomic, market, consumer, and business trends using first- and third-party data. Develops and administers complex ETL and ELT data integration solutions using Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Lakehouses, Warehouses, pipelines, notebooks, and SSIS. Leads SimpliSafe’s enterprise consumer insights function, owning quantitative and qualitative research across Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience. Establishes customer-truth standards, oversees research operations, vendors, and budgets, and translates market and customer data into strategic recommendations for product development, go-to-market, brand, and customer experience. Manages and develops a high-performing insights team while influencing executive decisions and advancing customer-centric, evidence-based decision-making.
