Partner with data engineers, application engineers, and data scientists to implement schemas, pipelines, serving layers, and optimization strategies while maintaining clear architecture documentation.

Designs and owns analytics-ready datasets, semantic views, ELT pipelines, and standardized metrics in Snowflake. Partners with business, analytics, and engineering teams to enable self-service BI, maintain data quality and documentation, and support forecasting, machine learning, and generative AI initiatives. Provides senior guidance on data modeling, analytics engineering practices, and scalable data product design.

Leads the data engineering organization and enterprise Databricks Lakehouse on AWS. Owns team development, platform strategy, delivery, reliability, governance, budget, vendors, architecture standards, and regulatory compliance. Partners with executives on data transformation, MDM, ERP migration, analytics, and AI enablement. Requires extensive data engineering leadership, Databricks and AWS expertise, regulated-environment experience, and proven budget and vendor management.

Provides customer data management, reporting, trend analysis, and actionable insights to support Customer Success Managers and program goals. Develops reporting processes, identifies customer behavior patterns, recommends proactive strategies, supports strategic projects, and improves operational efficiency. Collaborates cross-functionally to connect business intelligence with customer outcomes and advises on performance, engagement, and value realization. Requires up to 30% travel.

Analyze consumer sales and order data to identify purchasing trends, product preferences, pricing impacts, and trade-up behavior across products, stores, markets, and time periods.
