Promote engineering best practices through solution design, code review, and collaboration. Use Fivetran and Stitch for data ingestion while supporting reporting, experimentation, and operational decision-making.

Support the design, development, automation, monitoring, and optimization of enterprise-scale data platforms and pipelines. Build logging, metrics, and alerts; collaborate with product and application teams on data models and schemas; maintain production data integrity; and analyze complex business problems to deliver actionable insights. The role also requires balancing competing priorities and communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Build and manage dashboards and analytics (equipment/OFCI, construction, commissioning, readiness) using data from enterprise systems to surface lifecycle risks, inform TCO and procurement decisions, and lead an analyst team supporting cross-functional planning.

Designs, builds, optimizes, and tests Snowflake lakehouse architecture and ETL/ELT pipelines integrating Salesforce, marketing, and business data. Develops Bronze, Silver, and Gold data models, semantic layers, and datasets for Power BI, analytics, and AI initiatives. Implements data quality and governance procedures, maintains Git repositories, documents architecture, leads solution design, reviews code, mentors engineers, and communicates technical solutions to stakeholders.

Administer SQL databases and maintain accurate Crystal Reports and SSRS reporting. Investigate data discrepancies across reports, stored procedures, and source tables; optimize queries and database performance; manage backups, restores, indexing, integrity, security, and scalability. Collaborate with the existing DBA to document processes and preserve knowledge. Support audit-ready data solutions aligned with SOC 2, CMMC, and ISO 27001 requirements.

Supports the Data team by monitoring incoming requests, selecting and running productionized jobs, checking outputs for accuracy, communicating status, and escalating out-of-scope work. The role emphasizes high-volume task execution, attention to detail, procedural consistency, professional written communication, and foundational command-line skills. A background check is required, with interest in progressive politics, voter data, and future growth into data services engineering preferred.

Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data models, optimize tables/views for reporting, implement data quality checks and KPIs using SQL and Python, partner with BI analysts and stakeholders, migrate AWS/Athena data delivery to Databricks, and contribute to dashboard development for leadership reporting.
