The Director of Data Engineering leads the development of data platforms to support analytics in cancer care, overseeing architecture and engineering while mentoring a team.

Support digitization and preservation of archival media (VHS, cassettes, 8mm film, slides, photos); create and input metadata; perform quality control; help maintain digital records and preservation best practices; assist archival staff on special projects.

Builds and maintains analytical data foundations for lending, underwriting, pricing, originations, collections, and portfolio analytics. Develops reusable SQL assets, dimensional models, data marts, transformation workflows, reporting solutions, and business intelligence products using SQL, Python, dbt, Git, Snowflake, Power BI, and Sigma. Partners with technical teams, analysts, and business stakeholders to integrate data, standardize metrics, automate testing, and deliver reliable, documented, scalable analytical assets.

Design and advance enterprise data and BI architecture: optimize OLTP/OLAP models, establish modeling/integration/governance standards, lead POCs, mentor teams, enable AI/ML, and guide cross-functional implementation from concept to production.

Analyzes complex datasets to produce actionable business insights, develops BI dashboards and reports, translates stakeholder needs into technical specifications, and supports data quality and governance. The analyst recommends process improvements, communicates findings, trains users on BI tools, and helps improve data-driven decision-making across the bank.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support and administration for the ETO case management database across Covenant House sites. Troubleshoot, maintain data integrity, support user access/configuration, document data definitions, produce reports, and lead bilingual training and translations. Monitor performance, create shared learning tools, and assist sites to improve data quality and usage to drive program outcomes.

Designs, develops, and optimizes enterprise data pipelines, ETL processes, data models, databases, and healthcare analytics solutions. Supports database administration, performance tuning, security, high availability, disaster recovery, deployments, and data governance. Collaborates with analysts, data scientists, application developers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable data infrastructure for AI, machine learning, business intelligence, and population health initiatives.

Own commercial data integration and analytics across pipeline, opportunity, order, shipment, and revenue systems. Build scalable data pipelines, reconcile complex datasets, and develop Power BI dashboards and Excel models for sales, territory, forecast, and executive performance decisions. Apply statistical analysis, modeling, data validation, and performance optimization while helping shape CRM and commercial data architecture.

The position leads method transfer, validation, and optimization of cell therapy analytical methods while collaborating across departments to ensure compliance and support product development.

Design and implement interactive dashboards and custom visualizations for maintenance predictive analytics. Integrate reports with data sources, collaborate with data scientists and analysts, build mobile-responsive, drill-down, and operational/executive reporting, and produce documentation and training.
