Provide live chat and email support via Intercom to SMB customers, troubleshoot issues (including HTML/CSS), collect feedback, educate customers on product use, and contribute to documentation and process improvements. Drive impact through projects using AI and automation to scale support and improve customer outcomes.

Manage onboarding, launch, execution, and optimization of Rokt Ads campaigns for Japanese advertisers. Analyze campaign and portfolio data to surface trends and actionable insights, build confidence managing smaller accounts, apply AI-enhanced tools and automation to improve outcomes, and partner cross-functionally to solve problems and scale campaign performance.
