Own end-to-end sales for Mid-Market accounts in Japan: generate and manage pipeline, qualify opportunities, execute account strategies, close net-new and expansion deals, and collaborate with presales, SDRs and channel partners to sell Rubrik solutions into complex data center and cloud environments to meet quota.

Lead regional sales enablement for North America: design and scale onboarding and value-selling programs, perform gap analyses, partner with regional leadership, drive methodology adoption (MEDDICC/Command of the Message), measure enablement impact via Salesforce and Clari, and own KPIs like quota attainment and win rates.

Drive net-new logo acquisition and expansion across Arizona and Nevada. Own territory sales plans, pipeline, and complex solution deals; co-sell with partners and channel to exceed quota.

Provide technical direction and pre-sales support to regional account teams: drive pipeline, lead demos and POCs, architect Rubrik data resilience and observability solutions, qualify opportunities, and act as trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams.

Outbound and inbound prospecting to book qualified enterprise meetings. Research and personalise messaging, qualify leads via email, phone and LinkedIn, use Salesforce and Salesloft to manage activities, collaborate with field sales, and meet targets. Dutch fluency and strong communication, organization, and objection-handling skills required.
