Act as the primary consultative contact for homeowners evaluating Opendoor's cash offer versus traditional selling. Conduct high-volume phone/video/email/text outreach, manage a busy pipeline, overcome objections, drive conversions across products, coordinate cross-functionally, and provide availability across varied shifts including evenings and weekends. In-office four days per week in Miami.

Own a live pipeline of warm sellers who completed onboarding but haven't scheduled assessments. Drive high-volume outreach (phone, text, email) to schedule assessments, diagnose and resolve objections, iterate and codify outreach scripts, and prototype AI-native workflows to automate outreach, scoring, and call summaries. Partner with closers, ops, marketing, and engineering to improve funnel outcomes and scale proven tools. Work is onsite in Miami with strong performance metrics.

Serve as the primary point of contact for buyer's agents on Opendoor-owned listings from offer through close. Negotiate offers and repairs within guidelines, coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, maintain documentation, monitor portfolio health, and deliver excellent agent and buyer experiences while adopting new tools and processes.

Lead and build a Miami team of licensed Listing Partners to hit sales and experience targets through coaching, operational rigor, CRM/AI adoption, cross-functional partnership, and change management.
