Lead global strategy and execution for GSIs and large digital agencies to drive partner-sourced revenue, co-sell motions, partner enablement, and joint go-to-market programs. Build and run a high-performing alliances function, manage executive relationships, negotiate commercial agreements, and embed partners across sales, product, services, and customer success to scale customer acquisition and adoption.

Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor for strategic Global Accounts to drive cross-sell and expansion across Acquia's DXP portfolio. Architect complex multi-product solutions, align technical roadmaps to business value for C-level stakeholders, design PoCs, mentor solutions engineering teams, influence product roadmap, and represent Acquia at industry events. Role requires international travel and working across time zones.

Manage a high-volume book of existing SaaS customers to drive upsell and expansion revenue. Prospect for whitespace, execute territory plans, own customer relationships end-to-end, coordinate with Customer Success, Support, and Renewals, and maintain CRM and sales records to ensure retention and growth.

Manage full sales cycle for Acquia's DXP, identify and close new business, engage C-suite stakeholders, negotiate large strategic deals, collaborate cross-functionally and channel partners, and support pipeline generation with marketing.

Manage and grow assigned higher-education and state/local government accounts, drive renewals and upsells, mitigate escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, forecast renewals, and maintain account strategy and CRM records to ensure customer success and subscription growth.
