Provide part-time desktop and workstation support for Windows PCs and servers, troubleshoot hardware and software (PC/Mac), configure workstations, manage user accounts, support AV and phone systems, monitor applications, script basic automations, maintain inventory, and document processes.

Perform daily trade reconciliations and post-trade activities, investigate trade breaks, manage invoice reconciliations with exchanges and clearing firms, oversee position/trade/cash transfers, develop and optimize tools and analytical models, liaise between traders, clearing firms, accounting, and vendors, and manage ad hoc projects to improve automation and workflow.
