Provide phone-based brokerage client support in an investment contact center: execute securities transactions, service accounts, explain trading strategies and market terminology, ensure compliance with policies, and escalate or research complex issues. Maintain FINRA licensing and meet regulatory and background standards.

Provide empathetic, high-volume customer support for financial products via phone, text, chat and video chat; escalate non-routine issues, promote digital services, follow policies and complete required training and on-site night/holiday shifts.

Provide brokerage client and administrative support to Financial Advisors: service client requests by phone/email, establish and maintain accounts, prepare forms, schedule appointments, coordinate marketing/referrals, and ensure regulatory recordkeeping and compliance.

Review and validate loan documentation for new account openings, ensure completeness and regulatory compliance, research and document findings for low-complexity policy and control matters, collaborate with Financial Advisors and stakeholders, and support risk-mitigation and control initiatives while following established policies and procedures.

Provide inbound banking customer support via phone, text, chat and video; resolve inquiries, follow policies, navigate multiple systems, escalate issues to senior staff, and work onsite including graveyard shifts and holidays.

Provide branch operational support by processing and approving teller transactions, resolving customer issues, promoting digital/mobile banking, supporting branch manager with scheduling and operations, identifying fraud risks, and ensuring compliance with policies to deliver excellent customer service.

Manage a Systems Operations team to monitor and maintain enterprise systems and infrastructure. Drive operational stability, incident/problem/change management, automation, observability, and efficiency improvements. Engage stakeholders, allocate resources, mentor staff, and implement governance to meet business objectives and reduce incident volume.
