Support technology operations and major incident management, design and deliver instructor-led new-hire training, run Calls-in-Class programs, monitor trainee and agent performance, provide coaching, and coordinate handover to production while reducing application and infrastructure impact.

Manage and supervise IT operations teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery of network, database, server, storage and infrastructure services. Oversee incident and recovery processes, enforce ITSM/ITIL controls, drive process improvement, capacity and cost management, stakeholder engagement, and talent development for service desk operations.

Review and validate loan documentation for new account openings, ensure completeness and regulatory compliance, research and document findings for low-complexity policy and control matters, collaborate with Financial Advisors and stakeholders, and support risk-mitigation and control initiatives while following established policies and procedures.
