Coordinate and book airport and local transport (Pune/Mumbai) using transport tools, arrange VVIP and employee transfers, prepare transport rosters for large events, finalize vendor billing and process in SAP, handle daily miscellaneous transport requests, and liaise with building management on operational issues.
