Lead operational integrity and vendor relationships for LMI's loan book of record. Oversee daily loan administration, reconciliations, vendor and agent bank coordination, KPI governance, risk controls, and process automation. Partner with Technology, Data, Finance, and stakeholders to scale operations and drive continuous improvement across multi-system loan platforms.

Investigate and process commercial auto physical damage claims for rideshare accounts within authority limits. Assess coverage, establish reserves, prepare or review damage estimates, negotiate settlements, document files, and coordinate with appraisers, SIU, subrogation, and agents. Provide timely customer interaction and flag potential fraud or subrogation.

Investigates and manages moderately complex to complex workers compensation claims, determining coverage, liability, compensability, reserves, damages, and settlements. Coordinates litigation, experts, mediations, arbitrations, and field investigations; refers cases to subrogation or special investigations teams. Provides technical guidance, mentors and trains team members, assists with workload allocation, and participates in quality reviews and claim committees.

Processes routine workers’ compensation claims by investigating facts, verifying medical information, evaluating compensability, and managing ongoing medical cases. Maintains claim records, drafts correspondence, authorizes medical payments and treatment, identifies cases requiring referral or additional resources, coordinates independent medical exams and peer reviews, and prepares potential subrogation cases. Provides injured workers, employers, and medical providers with accurate information and quality service.

Investigate and manage workers' compensation and related commercial claims: gather facts, evaluate compensability and liability, estimate loss costs, negotiate settlements within limits, update files, and follow loss management techniques. Participate in training, mentoring, and on-the-job development.

Manage, investigate, and resolve attorney-represented auto and homeowner bodily injury claims. Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages; coordinate with trial counsel; prepare trial reports; ensure reserve adequacy; identify SIU and subrogation opportunities; handle claimant and witness communications; manage outside counsel billing and file security. Training attendance required.

Manage a caseload of routine to moderately complex workers' compensation claims: investigate coverage and liability, set and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements within authority, refer files as needed, and collaborate with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, and partners. Participate in required training and occasional onsite work.

Manage complex, litigated construction-related casualty claims ($500K+): lead coverage and liability strategy, direct investigations and experts, coordinate litigation and outside counsel, set reserves and resolution plans, negotiate settlements, collaborate with underwriting and other partners, and mentor junior claims staff.

Manage a caseload of routine to moderately complex rideshare commercial auto claims from investigation through resolution. Determine liability/coverage, assess damages, set and adjust reserves, negotiate settlements within authority, refer to subrogation or SIU as needed, and interact with claimants, policyholders, attorneys, and third parties.

Manage a portfolio of complex environmental, pollution, toxic tort, and mass litigation claims. Perform coverage and liability analysis, set and manage reserves, direct litigation strategy, select and oversee defense counsel and experts, control legal budgets, negotiate settlements, and communicate trends to leadership and underwriting. Partner with brokers, reinsurers, policyholders, and internal stakeholders while supporting audit/compliance and maintaining required adjuster credentials.
