Configure/install computers, networks, AV, and security equipment; manage AD/Okta/Google Workspace accounts; deploy desktop apps; troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WiFi, printers, and conferencing systems; document ticketing activity; provide after-hours on-call support and travel frequently to support remote sites and trade shows.

Provide timely, professional support to collectors via phone, email, chat, and in-person. Handle submission questions, account updates, and general PCGS processes; maintain accurate interaction records, escalate complex cases, and refer high-value prospects to Business Development.

Manage safety, staffing, and performance of weekend shift employees. Monitor productivity, assign tasks, ensure quality, and lead operations to meet KPIs while improving team efficiency.

The Shift Lead, Vault oversees daily vault operations, mentors team members, ensures inventory accuracy, and handles shipping, all while maintaining high quality and service standards.

As an Operations Associate, you'll handle mail sorting, item verification, quality control, invoicing, and shipping responsibilities while ensuring accurate processing of collectibles.

Lead and oversee daily eBay authentication operations, monitor performance metrics, coach and develop team members, manage inventory and mail processing, facilitate huddles, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies and collector-first standards.
