The Business Process Modeling Analyst is responsible for mapping processes to BPMN standards, documenting processes, and supporting cross-functional teams in process improvements. They will engage with stakeholders and participate in workshops to create accurate process maps and documentation, ensuring adherence to business needs and improving operational efficiency.

The Client Engineer leads customized development projects, communicates with clients, and manages project deliverables while collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality solutions.

Provide L2 operational support for a GCP-based data and analytics platform: administer workspaces, compute, IAM, projects and storage; troubleshoot user and platform issues; monitor resources and costs; collect evidence for L3 escalation; support deployments and on-call incident triage; assist on-prem analytics platform; and collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps and Infrastructure teams to improve reliability and runbooks.

Provide escalated application support for Java/Spring-based systems: troubleshoot, analyze logs, resolve incidents, assist deployments, document solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability and meet SLAs.

Provide high-volume customer and carrier support for telecom products (caller ID, LNP, routing). Manage porting orders, tickets, SLA adherence, escalate complex issues, liaise with engineering, analyze KPIs, and support 24/7 operations.

Lead a global B2B technical support team, manage day-to-day operations, incident response, escalations and reporting; drive process improvements, analyze support metrics, partner cross-functionally, and coach a high-performing team. Role requires on-call availability and contributes to Global Service and Support strategy.

Manage day-to-day facilities operations, vendor oversight, safety compliance, and office events. Provide reception support and ensure effective space planning.

Remote role making outbound B2B calls and performing web research to validate business data. Requires accurate data entry, strong English communication and listening, meeting call and quality metrics, following procedures, and working independently in a remote environment.

Provide on-site and remote desktop support for GCC Costa Rica users, including equipment setup, onboarding/offboarding, troubleshooting hardware/software (Windows, Mac, AWS WorkSpaces), ticket management, escalations, and documentation. Coordinate with specialists, support senior executives, and maintain knowledge base and reports. Must work within procedures and occasionally after hours or weekends.

Manage real estate and facilities operations, vendor management, financial activities, space planning, business continuity, and team supervision in Hyderabad.
