- Manejo básico – Intermedio del paquete Oficce en especial de Excel (Digitación, filtros, búsquedas, funciones básicas, tablas dinámicas).
- Capacidad comunicativa y asertiva, con capacidad de convencer y capacitar a personal de ventas.
- Capacidad de escucha e identificación de necesidades del cliente.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- Apoyo y ejecución de auditoría del cumplimiento comercial de las herramientas y los integrantes que constituyen dicha área.
- Comunicación con los agentes comerciales haciendo feed back de desarrollo de interacción con clientes.
- Apoyo en las sugerencias y recomendaciones de las interacciones comerciales de la compañía.
- Apoyo en la orientación, identificación y propósito de ventas de acuerdo a las metas comerciales.
- Comprensión, fortalecimiento y comunicación de argumentos coherentes de ventas.
- Consolidación de datos del desempeño comercial en el mercado financiero.
- Apoyo y gestión al Identificar, medir y controlar los riegos comerciales.
- Comprensión de procesos de revisión y cumplimiento de procesos internos.

Intern, Customer Experience
Skills Required
- Enrollment in a technical or technologist academic program (commercial advisory, banking management, administrative management or related) and eligible to start productivity stage
- Full-time availability and hybrid schedule with at least two days per week in assigned office
- Proactive attitude and interest in learning planning, management, and organization of customer experience
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (data entry, filters, searches, basic functions, pivot tables)
- Strong verbal communication and ability to train and persuade sales personnel
- Active listening and ability to identify customer needs
- Support and execution of audits for commercial compliance
- Provide feedback and communicate development points to commercial agents
- Assist in suggesting and recommending improvements to commercial interactions
- Consolidate commercial performance data in the financial market and support risk identification, measurement, and control
- Understand and support internal process review and compliance activities
