Own end-to-end catalog QA and retailer validation to ensure product data accuracy and compliance. Partner with Product, Engineering, BD, and Customer Success to accelerate brand onboarding, troubleshoot marketplace issues, design AI prompts/rules, and build scalable workflows and automations to reduce manual effort.

Support and improve core business and finance systems (including NetSuite), manage access and data controls, document processes, monitor issues, and partner cross-functionally. Identify automation opportunities, prototype low-code/no-code and AI-enabled improvements, and track ROI for workflows and integrations.
