Lead and execute enterprise-wide risk-based compliance testing and monitoring across US and international entities. Lead compliance content and program management across Transaction Monitoring, Screening, and EDD. Manage a small contractor team, run TM change management, and embed AI agents and automated workflows to scale content production while ensuring regulatory quality and cross-functional alignment.
