Maintain and remediate Windows Server and workstation security in isolated environments: apply patches and STIGs, remediate vulnerabilities using Tenable/SCAP, support VDI/VMware, use SCCM/MECM occasionally, administer Group Policy, troubleshoot Windows stability and application services, and collaborate with security, customers, and teams while working on-site full time.

Act as escalation point between HPC help desk and technical teams to resolve complex Linux, authentication, storage, and job-submission issues. Provide advanced user support to researchers, maintain ServiceNow ticket records, create user documentation, coordinate cross-team troubleshooting, and recommend process improvements for HPC environments.

The role involves providing technical leadership in maintenance management of shipboard combat systems, supervising personnel, planning schedules, and ensuring equipment readiness. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, conducting training, and maintaining high system availability in accordance with Navy standards.
