The intern will collaborate across marketing and communications functions, contribute ideas, and help execute initiatives for Ericsson’s customer units in an international, hybrid environment.

Supports planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including logistics, vendor coordination, scheduling, and communications. Assists with marketing budgets, workflows, calendars, documentation, and process improvements. Collects event and customer engagement data, tracks marketing metrics, and collaborates with analytics and operations teams. This is a full-time, 12-week internship in Plano, Texas.

Supports integrated marketing campaigns, content creation, campaign operations, analytics, communications, public relations, media outreach, and event activations. Responsibilities include coordinating campaign assets and timelines, creating emails, blog posts, videos, and workshop materials, monitoring KPIs, managing audience segmentation, preparing press materials, tracking media coverage, and supporting face-to-face events.

Supports B2B marketing through social media management, multimedia content creation, visual storytelling, and internal and external marketing initiatives. Produces graphics, short videos, written content, and other marketing assets while assisting with corporate event planning. Requires English and Chinese fluency, video production and editing skills, and proficiency with digital media tools.

Develop and execute solution marketing plans for defense and mission-critical network solutions. Create positioning, messaging, competitive analyses, customer value arguments, demand-generation campaigns, sales-enablement content, demos, announcements, and customer success stories. Serve as a defense-domain expert and spokesperson, collaborating with global marketing, product, business, sales teams, agencies, and defense customers.

Support development and production of internal and external marketing content, manage work orders and service delivery, interact with customers, and contribute to digital communications and campaigns.
