Supports nationwide advertising order entry, schedule monitoring, exception reporting, client tape tracking, and advertising copy application. Partners with Account Executives, Sales Management, and technical teams to resolve delivery issues, recover lost revenue, and maintain accurate records. Communicates advertising operations capabilities to internal and external customers while meeting deadlines and maintaining high service levels.

Monitors ad schedules and exception reports, maintains client tape and order records, assists with delivery issue diagnosis, applies advertising copy correctly, and communicates with internal and external customers. Coordinates newsroom coverage by prioritizing major stories, assigning reporters and field resources, responding to breaking news, developing sources, and collaborating on article ideas. Ensures timely, accurate content across television and digital platforms while managing multiple deadlines, teams, logistics, and changing schedules, including weekends, holidays, severe weather, and breaking-news shifts.

Reports on political and community stories across television, connected television, and digital platforms. Responsibilities include pitching, researching, interviewing, writing, shooting, editing, and presenting accurate, compelling news content. The role requires collaboration, meeting fast deadlines, responding to breaking news and severe weather, working varied shifts, engaging with community members, and traveling locally to cover important stories.

Develops and manages HR communications covering pay, benefits, development, and career programs. Writes and edits content for print, digital, websites, employee emails, newsletters, and training communications. Maintains HR branding and content calendars, coordinates messaging with stakeholders, tests and distributes communications, and supports special projects. Requires strong writing, proofreading, collaboration, project management, and prioritization skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. HR communications experience and Adobe Campaign or Adobe Experience Manager knowledge are preferred.
