Plan and execute campaigns, webinars, and events; manage marketing automation and GTM systems; partner with sales, SDRs, APAC/global teams and agencies; own lead/pipeline reporting and startup program awareness to drive trial acquisition and pipeline growth.

Lead APAC integrated campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement: adapt global launches for APAC, create original campaigns, manage content production and localization (especially Japan), deliver sales enablement, partner with regional teams, and establish AI-driven campaign operations while reporting performance and insights.

Lead a multi-disciplinary EMEA marketing team to develop regional narratives, create modular content and campaign toolkits, run demand generation across self-serve and sales-assist, orchestrate launches, embed AI-driven workflows, enable cross-functional stakeholders, and measure funnel metrics to drive pipeline and revenue.

Lead regional startup acquisition and ecosystem growth across North America by building partnerships, engaging founders/VCs/accelerators, running localized programs and events, executing regional campaigns, and creating scalable playbooks to drive awareness, product adoption, and top-of-funnel pipeline for Notion.

Lead product launches and long-term adoption programs for core Notion features. Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to shape messaging, competitive positioning, release communications, sales enablement, and lifecycle campaigns that drive awareness and sustained feature adoption.
