Lead CRM strategy for the online casino product, managing campaign planning, execution, testing and analytics to drive engagement, retention and lifetime value. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, oversee promotions and bonus budgets, define localized roadmaps, and present performance insights to senior leadership while promoting a test-and-learn, data-driven approach.

Manage paid search, social, and app acquisition across North America. Execute strategy and day-to-day on Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, Snap, TikTok, X, Reddit. Lead associates, optimize budgets and campaigns, drive conversion and YoY digital KPI growth, implement advanced measurement (MTA, MMM, incrementality), work with MMPs, and collaborate with brand, CRM, and global teams.

Lead the Sports CRM team to develop promotional strategy and customer loyalty across lifecycles. Plan, manage and optimise promotions and loyalty programs using CRM/CDP platforms, analytics, and a test-and-learn approach. Ensure regulatory compliance, deliver localized campaign roadmaps, collaborate cross-departmentally, and report on campaign and business performance to drive customer experience and commercial growth.
