Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Optimisation Lead to bridge the gap between our global strategy and the Australian sports landscape.

The Marketing department in Australia serves as the engine room for local brand presence, connecting with millions of sports fans to ensure every communication lands with precision and flair.

This role acts as the vital link between Australian operations and global CRM teams. Navigating the nuances of the local market requires commercial relevance, compliance, and perfect timing for the Australian sporting calendar. Influencing strategy and driving continuous improvement across a complex matrix environment ensures CRM activity remains effective and engaging.

Qualifications

  • Experience in CRM, marketing operations, or campaign coordination
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Ability to work effectively across matrix teams and multiple time zones
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of customer marketing
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Experience in sports betting, gaming, or a regulated marketing environment
  • Understanding of the Australian market and sporting calendar

Additional Information

  • Act as the primary local contact for Australian CRM-related matters
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communications
  • Monitor trading and product pipelines to identify CRM opportunities
  • Escalate process issues to ensure swift resolution with relevant global teams
  • Review competitor activity to share actionable insights for local campaigns
  • Ensure all activity complies with local market regulations and approval processes
  • Support advance planning of seasonal campaigns
  • Analyse customer trends to support decision-making
  • Lead weekly WIP meetings to drive continuous improvement of CRM processes
  • Coordinate CRM activity around new product launches and sporting moments
