Provide legal support across EMEA on contentious and non-contentious employment matters (grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, TUPE, litigation, DSARs), advise HR on contracts, remuneration, policies and regulatory staff issues, liaise with external counsel, manage legal risk, and deliver training to legal and non-legal stakeholders.

The Compliance Associate will ensure regulatory obligations are met for BlackRock in Australia, assist with compliance activities, and provide guidance on regulations and BlackRock policies.

Lead BlackRock's US federal public policy advocacy: develop and prioritize legislative strategy, engage Congress and the White House, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, review legislation and regulations, prepare materials, and build relationships with policymakers to advance firm policy priorities.

Advise MASS, ICB, Transition Management and BlackRock Life Limited across EMEA on legal and regulatory risk; negotiate and draft advisory, investment management, transition and partnership agreements; advise on MiFID, outsourcing and fund distribution; coordinate external counsel; support governance and policy engagement.

The Director will provide legal counsel on tokenized cash products, guide structuring and compliance, and collaborate with various stakeholders on legal matters concerning digital assets and cash regulations.

Review and analyze private fund documentation (LPAs, side letters, MFNs) to identify non-standard drafting or missing documents, support fee and terms data analysis, validate FAIR outputs, and collaborate with senior lawyers and operations to deliver accurate client reporting.
