Represents Samsara before Congress and federal agencies, develops funding and program opportunities, and builds relationships across appropriations and authorizing committees. Partners with Public Sector Sales to translate legislative intelligence into pipeline and go-to-market opportunities. Manages outside consultants, drafts legislative and advocacy materials, evaluates policy opportunities, and collaborates with Legal, Marketing, and Product. Requires deep federal appropriations expertise, strong communication skills, and experience in government affairs, government, or Capitol Hill roles.

Provide end-to-end commercial litigation support, advise on subpoenas and customer data privacy, manage eDiscovery lifecycle with automation/AI, mitigate and resolve disputes, drive process and technology-enabled innovation, and deliver actionable legal insights to cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead and operationalize responses to subpoenas and eDiscovery demands; manage the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle; coordinate internal and external stakeholders; draft and improve policies and processes for customer data requests; monitor legal and regulatory developments; and act as project manager to drive litigation operations and legal tech–driven workflow improvements.
