Own end-to-end subsidiary governance reporting for 11 regulated entities: design cadence, collect and validate inputs, synthesize cross-entity narratives, deliver Board-quality materials, maintain template stewardship, surface risks and gaps, and coordinate with MLROs and compliance leads under tight deadlines.

Own and build Block's furnisher and consumer reporting disputes program under FCRA end-to-end: policies, controls, monitoring, remediation workflows, investigations, training, and regulator engagement. Serve as subject-matter expert on Reg Z/Reg B, fair lending, and licensing; lead cross-functional regulatory issue resolution; counsel senior business, product, compliance, and bank partners; analyze regulatory changes and inform product development from concept through launch.

Lead federal government engagement and lobbying strategy, deepen relationships with Congress and the Administration, track legislative and regulatory issues (financial regulation, consumer protection, digital assets, AI/privacy), and coordinate cross-functional policy responses to advance Block's objectives.

Lead Canada compliance for Square and Afterpay: own annual compliance plan, manage AML/ATF, RPAA, PCI, consumer protection and privacy programs, drive regulatory engagements, board reporting, issue remediation, and build AI-enabled compliance solutions across functions.
