Provides strategic legal support to regional and global stakeholders under counsel guidance. Advises on legal concepts, regulatory changes, and operational risks; prepares documents, gathers information, operates relevant legal systems, and proposes legal solutions. Collaborates with business partners while managing deadlines, stressful situations, and legal service delivery across a multinational organization.

Advise Mondelēz’s Spain and Portugal businesses on commercial contracts, competition law, consumer protection, advertising, privacy, food law, compliance, investigations, disputes, and regulatory risks. Partner with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and senior stakeholders. Develop legal strategies, negotiate agreements, manage external counsel, support compliance programs and training, and provide pragmatic risk assessments. The role requires Spanish legal qualification, approximately eight years of post-qualification experience, and fluency in Spanish and English.

The Senior Counsel will oversee legal activities for Mondelēz International, implementing legal strategies, advising on risk, and managing compliance across business units in India. This role involves leading a legal team and providing mentorship while ensuring adherence to laws related to food, advertising, and commercial agreements.

Act as Thailand legal lead delivering country-level legal strategy, regulatory intelligence, and commercial legal support. Advise on risk, manage outside counsel, drive legal tech adoption (CLM, AI tools), ensure compliance (labor, antitrust, PDPA, ESG), support cross-border transactions, and mentor junior lawyers while partnering with SEA stakeholders to enable business growth.

Support Global IP Operations and trademark team by managing trademark recordals, renewals, Anaqua database administration, audits, reporting, vendor liaison, ticket resolution, document preparation, and IP-related special projects.

Supports Mondelēz’s Legal Department with corporate housekeeping, company secretarial work, board materials, legal records, international restructurings, contract review, promotional validation, commercial law advice, and legal template development. The internship involves research, drafting, project support, and collaboration with corporate, sales, and procurement teams. Candidates should be law students or recent graduates fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication, thoroughness, autonomy, and Microsoft Office skills.

Support Operations legal team on transformation and continuous improvement projects. Help implement and reinforce compliance, data privacy, and corporate law policies, review public deeds, identify operational improvements, and ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards.
