Sell bundled Internet, video, and voice solutions to small and medium businesses within a defined territory. Prospect, cultivate, and close leads, execute a territory plan, process orders using order management tools, collaborate with account coordinators, track activity in Salesforce, and meet performance targets.

Lead and coach inbound sales agents to exceed targets, manage daily team operations, monitor performance and calls, implement sales strategies, handle recruiting/hiring and performance reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality customer service.
