Provides post-sale L1/L2 technical support for web services and cloud applications, including installation, troubleshooting, debugging, maintenance, and P1/P2 escalation management. Partners with customers, sales, engineering, and product teams to resolve complex issues, recommend configuration improvements, communicate solutions, and drive continuous service improvements. Provides legal support for China and Greater China operations, focusing on negotiating technology, sales, IP, licensing, SaaS, PaaS, and commercial agreements. Advises management and business units on privacy, regulatory, corporate, compliance, governance, and risk matters. Supports disputes, litigation, investigations, training, and cross-functional resolution of commercial and customer/vendor issues across APAC.

Own strategic automotive customer accounts, driving onboarding, adoption, delivery, retention, and expansion of HERE location solutions. Manage complex cross-functional programs, customer success plans, risks, escalations, technical requirements, and executive relationships. Advise customers on navigation, IoT, and location-based services while supporting sales opportunities. Serve as the voice of the customer, influence product improvements, and ensure successful integration of APIs, SDKs, data services, and connected automotive architectures. Lead evaluation and data strategy for advanced AI, vision, and perception systems. Define metrics, build evaluation frameworks, audit artifacts, prioritize fixes, and translate model behavior into product decisions and data-improvement loops to ensure production readiness and downstream usefulness.

Design and develop scalable, high-quality backend systems for traffic automated road closure detection, handling the full software development lifecycle.

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, connectors, and reusable data products to make enterprise data AI-ready. Enable RAG, semantic search, agentic workflows, and production deployment of AI solutions while enforcing data quality, governance, metadata, security, and cross-team collaboration.

Lead AI Value Analyst responsible for building and maintaining business cases for AI initiatives, estimating and tracking benefits, and reporting ROI. Partners with stakeholders, Finance, and AI CoE to quantify productivity, cost, revenue, and risk impacts, prioritize opportunities, validate data and assumptions, and produce dashboards and presentations to communicate realized value and governance across the AI portfolio.
