The Head of People and Talent will be responsible for all activities related to People (Organizational Design, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement/Retention, Employee Relations, Development, Compensation, Benefits, and more). They will be a strategic advisor to the executive team and senior leadership, and will lead the establishment and growth of the People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.
