Senior global HR leader responsible for shaping and modernizing HR service delivery across payroll, HR operations, PMO, communications, sustainability, and facilities. Drives transformation to digital, scalable models, enforces governance and KPIs, leads distributed teams, partners with executives, and delivers measurable improvements in employee experience, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Lead L&D strategy and delivery for Business Units/Shared Services: consult with senior leaders, design and scale learning programs, manage facilitators and L&D teams, drive program impact through measurement, and embed learning into business processes across geographies.

Provide day-to-day HR support across the region, handling employee relations, onboarding, performance management, policy interpretation, data analysis, and rollout of global P&C programs. Partner with leaders to resolve issues, maintain compliance, document cases, manage regional P&C calendars, promote wellbeing, and recommend process improvements.
