Serve as HR business partner for one or more plants, driving talent management, labor relations, leadership development, succession and mobility, change management, and use of analytics to inform people decisions and support plant performance.

Lead plant-level HR strategy and execution across talent, organization design, capability development, labor relations, culture, learning, rewards, and transformation. Partner with leaders to attract, onboard, develop, and retain manufacturing talent, coach leadership and HR teams, and support continuous improvement/Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

This role involves leading the people agenda for a commercial team, driving talent and leadership development, managing organizational change, and ensuring compliance with labor laws across Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

Support service operations by ensuring SLAs are met, developing and standardizing SOPs, contributing to training materials, ensuring data protection compliance, analyzing exceptions, recommending process improvements, and leading continuous improvement for the team.
