The Staff Software Engineer will lead the evolution of Narmi's instant payments solution, architecting real-time infrastructure and ensuring high availability while integrating security measures and mentoring the engineering team.

Build and maintain Narmi's consumer digital banking platform, delivering 0→1 features across the stack. Implement backend APIs (Django/DRF) and frontend experiences (React/TypeScript), collaborate cross-functionally, and iterate to improve user financial experiences.

Lead full-stack development of a new Financial Intelligence product: own features end-to-end, mentor engineers, collaborate with product on roadmaps and sprints, participate in code reviews and testing, and ensure delivery of high-quality, data-centric software. Occasional work in New York City required.
