Lead and grow a 3–5 person Product Design team for Enterprise Retail Systems. Define design vision and strategy, influence roadmap with Product and Engineering, and deliver data-rich enterprise workflows. Own discovery, prototyping, testing, accessibility, design systems, and AI-enabled tooling while mentoring designers, partnering with Research, and communicating outcomes to executives to drive business impact.

Hand-paint and personalize physical memorial stones using acrylic and oil paint pens. Execute clean, legible lettering and small icons (paw prints, hearts, halos). Maintain queue SLAs, ensure tasteful designs reflecting intended sentiment, and manage time and organization during shifts.
