Design intuitive, accessible internal and customer-facing product experiences for small businesses. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and researchers across discovery and delivery, contribute to the design system, and produce high-quality visual design and case-study-backed work.

Design, edit, and maintain internal knowledge base content; partner with subject matter experts to create and publish high-quality documentation; improve content discoverability through metadata, taxonomy, and templates; manage publishing workflows and content governance; use data and audits to continuously improve knowledge systems and contributor experiences.
