Collaborate with engineering, product, research, and business stakeholders to define scope, conduct discovery, model complex systems, create polished visual solutions, and mentor junior designers while balancing user needs with business constraints.

Design, edit, and maintain internal knowledge base content; partner with subject matter experts to create and publish high-quality documentation; improve content discoverability through metadata, taxonomy, and templates; manage publishing workflows and content governance; use data and audits to continuously improve knowledge systems and contributor experiences.

Design and evolve structured, reusable content models, taxonomies, templates, and authoring workflows to improve knowledge creation, searchability, and AI readiness. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex operational processes into clear documentation, prototypes, and governance practices that scale across systems.
