The role translates business needs into technical specifications, designs dashboard wireframes, validates data, documents processes, and collaborates with engineering, product, and business teams. Knowledge of the US trust business is essential for interpreting data within financial and regulatory contexts.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable data systems, streaming and batch pipelines, data infrastructure, data models, and deployment pipelines. Develops data products using cloud-based technologies, optimizes existing architectures, improves data formats and accessibility, and collaborates with analytics teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions for reporting and decision-making.

Supports marketing analytics through dashboard development, recurring and ad hoc reporting, data hygiene, database querying, statistical analysis, and actionable recommendations. Provides hands-on support for Voice of the Customer and Customer Lifetime Value programs, including survey data consolidation, response monitoring, reporting, and research-partner coordination. Manages analytics request intake, prioritization, documentation, and stakeholder communications across Marketing and eCommerce.

Partner with business leaders to analyze large datasets, build interactive dashboards, and design AI agents and automations. Develop data models, ensure reporting governance, integrate AI with enterprise systems, support data engineering, and present insights to stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and decision-making.

Lead enterprise data modeling and architecture efforts, define standards and governance, and architect/optimize Snowflake solutions. Drive legacy data warehouse modernization and migration, mentor modelers, conduct design reviews, and partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, governed data platforms.

Perform deep-dive call and KPI analysis using AI tools, identify root causes and systemic issues, develop agent tools and training, serve as wireless technical SME (LTE/4G/5G), partner cross-functionally to improve self-serve and routing, and pull/analyze data from Tableau, Snowflake, and Databricks to drive process optimizations and AI automation.

Lead design and ownership of analytical frameworks and cross-functional reporting for finance and operations. Translate leadership goals into structured analytics projects, standardize metrics and reporting, build business cases, deliver executive-level narratives, and develop predictive models and dashboards to inform strategic decisions across insurance operations.

Design, build, and maintain high-throughput data processing services, focusing on streaming and batch data systems to enhance player experiences.
